Filming with the RED Komodo Camera

Litewave Media is excited to offer the new Red Komodo camera rental package at our Tampa video studio. Red cameras have been popular in the film industry and were a big part in revolutionizing digital cinema. The Komodo model is incredibly compact and lightweight compared to previous Red cameras. This makes it ideal for gimbals and even rigging in vehicles.

The Komodo camera features a native Canon RF lens mount. But it can also be adapted to EF and PL with adapters we have available.

It records in its native REDCODE RAW, up to 6K at 40 fps, 5K at 48 fps, 4K at 60 fps, and 2K at 120 fps in REDCODE RAW.

We offer a variety of gear that goes along well with the Red Komodo package, such as audio gear, filters, and matte boxes. Check out a video of the RED Komodo in action below.
