Studio Rental Form

Thanks for contacting us about our studio! We have 3 studios at Litewave Media: Our Green Screen / White Cyc studio (Studio B), our Set Studio (Studio C)… The day rate for either of these is $4250 per studio for up to 10 hours. (Please note: This is our minimum charge, even if you only need 1 hour. We bill in full days.) The makeup room, free parking, free WiFi, kitchen area, and lobby area are included. This rate also includes a studio tech as well as a basic 1-ton grip and electric package.

 

If you’re interested in our virtual LED wall studio (Studio A), that starts at $7,000 per day and includes an LED tech. For more info on the LED virtual studio, see here.

 

Any custom assets that need to be designed for the LED wall are billed in addition to the daily rental. If you’re able to give a description of any needed assets (content, resolution, size, duration of clips), we can quote these separately.

 

Studio A is also available without the LED wall for $5000 for a 10-hour day.

 

As far as lighting, we include a basic electric package with all rentals (3-point LED lighting kit). We also offer additional grip packages, lighting, and cyc lights (which light the backdrop) for an additional fee. Any other lights that you’d like to use would be additional. We offer an Aputure lighting package which includes 5x Aputure p300c lights for $1000 that’s popular with many of our clients.

 

For grip packages, we offer a 1-ton that is included with all studio rentals, a 3-ton for an additional $400, and a 5-ton for an additional $600. You can read about those packages here.

 

We also offer Skypanels, Gemini’s, Astras, Asteras, HMIs, etc. For photography, we have Profoto Strobes and modifiers available for rent.

 

We have crew and camera packages available for hire as well. One studio tech is included in all rentals.

 

 

For the LED wall, a specialized Virtual Production Technician is required as well and included in the LED wall rental for a 10-hour day. Development and pre-production costs for virtual production are billed in addition to the day rate and vary depending on the skill set needed (Unreal Engine, Disguise, etc). Prep work is billed additionally if assets need to be conformed, formatted, or created. A virtual Production Technician is included when you rent the LED wall. If camera tracking is needed an additional $1000 for the tech will be added.

 

We do offer combination discounts for multiple studio rentals. For example, if you wanted to rent Studio B (cyc) and Studio C (set studio), the first studio would be $4250, and the second studio would be just $2500. So in total: $6750 for 2 studios for the day.

 

We require an insurance certificate naming Litewave Media, LLC as “additional insured” and “loss payee”. You can view a sample of what your COI should look like (please note the highlighted areas).

 

Minors must be accompanied by an adult. An adult must rent the studio.

 

Full payment is required upfront to hold your filming dates. Once your date is confirmed, the payments are non-refundable for any reason.

 

The studios are all soundproofed. And you can run the air conditioning while filming – it’s quiet AC.
