This lens is ideal for use with Sony’s cinema cameras, including the Sony FS7 camera and Sony FX9 (also in our inventory). The Sony 28-135mm lens is an affordable cinema zoom with a wide zoom range. It offers coverage of large format/full frame sensors, which makes it a better option than Sony’s older 18-110mm lens, which only covers Super 35mm sensors. 

The Sony 28-135mm cinema zoom lens rental incorporates low dispersion elements that reduce chromatic aberrations to increase image sharpness and clarity. The lens is also equipped with Optical SteadyShot image stabilization and linear autofocus technology with internal focus. This cinema zoom has smooth motion optics that support 4K resolution, and as a parfocal lens, has no focus shift and minimal lens breathing. It features a Power Zoom (PZ) with a super sonic wave motor, and control rings for iris, focus, and zoom. Compared to many cinema zoom lenses, it is lighter and smaller, making it a good option for ENG-style video production.
