CHRISTIAN CASHMIR | Owner – Producer, Director
With over 15 years professional experience along with film & writing degrees from Emerson College, Christian is the creative force behind Litewave Media. Whether he’s shooting the Superbowl in Tampa, or diving headlong into a Florida hurricane for the Associated Press, Christian has the tenacious spirit to get the right shot when it counts. He’s filmed for shows like Netflix’s Captive, ABC’s The Chew, NBC’s Shark Tank, and with recording artists like Foreigner, The Moody Blues, The Band Perry, and Chick Corea.
Christian also produces branded content for a variety of companies including Microsoft, Ideal Image, and Fantastic Sams. He’s directed award-winning films like, The Skyship Chronicles and That’s How I Roll. In short, Christian has the modern day experience to enhance any type of video production.
Sasha Sebesta | Gaffer, Grip, Studio Tech
Sasha started out in stage lighting for theater and has a has been working in the film and lighting industry for over 10 years. She has gripped and gaffed on hundreds of Litewave Media video projects including corporate marketing videos, TV commercials, music videos, and our award-winning short films like, The Skyship Chronicles: Part I, Magazine Issues, and our recent webseries, BTS.
Sasha is also Litewave Media’s studio tech for our Tampa video studio. When productions rent the studio or need an extra hand, Sasha is on-site to assist. Sasha’s favorite films are those involving dance. She is a devoted fan of classic Disney movies as they inspire her to create. She enjoys how the lighting sets the mood and tone of these films. Sasha is a one of the hardest-working crew we’ve ever met and is always happy to lend a hand on productions.
Eric Coughlin | Steadicam, Cinematographer
Eric has worked in the video production industry in Tampa for over 10 years. He has tackled numerous roles including Steadicam operator, cinematographer, director, and editor. Working in a variety of roles has helped him develop a keen eye for detail, which enables him to ensure the highest quality final product. Eric’s talent for cinematography and creative vision has brought him around the globe with the opportunity to film award-winning commercials and films.
Eric loves being able to tell a story with a camera. He enjoys developing the visuals on-screen to ensure a video production shines. He is also an experienced Tampa Steadicam operator, and enjoys capturing the atmosphere of a location through the use of unique camera movements. Eric has filmed for some of Litewave Media’s largest clients, and in 2016, he won the Single-Take Film Challenge for a one-take short film shot entirely on Steadicam.
Nikki Stefansic | Makeup Artist
Nikki is our makeup artist – proficient in many styles of make-up including editorial, high fashion, beauty, avant-garde, and special effects. Nikki has the expertise to evaluate anyone, from actors and models to corporate clients and determine how to emphasize their best features.
Working on numerous films, magazine photo shoots, TV commercials, and special events, Nikki has established herself as one of the most sought after make-up artists in the Tampa Bay area. Nikki loves to create flawless beauty and diverse looks. She is always searching for ways to bring both the latest trends and styles, as well as classic standards of beauty to her clients. Nikki also does light hairstyling and assists in wardrobe styling as well.
Jason Henne | Sound Mixer, Writer
Jason Henne is a sound mixer, writer, director and a frequent collaborator with Litewave Media. His career started as a child actor in Seattle before going to college for his teaching degree. He then moved to Florida where he transitioned into working behind the scenes on commercials and films, specializing in sound.
He often does sound mixing for NBC and FoxSports, and recently worked as the sound mixer on a Florida series, The Real Stephen Blatt, directed by Justin Long. Most recently he was the assistant director on Kevin Smith’s upcoming horror feature shot in Florida. Jason has also written a number of Litewave Media’s film and web projects and has taken home Best Writing Awards the last two years for Magazine Issues and That’s How I Roll in the international 48 Hour Film Project competition. Keep an eye out for Jason’s own films, Crazy Lake and Seeing Evil, and more of his collaborations with the team at Litewave Media.
Johanne Castagan | Production Coordinator, UPM
Johanne hails from Tampa as one of the Florida natives on the Litewave Media team. She comes from a marketing and event planning background and has always had a passion for helping others.
Johanne keeps our crew on-track and organized whether in the office or shooting on location. She is dedicated to her work, and has even joined us every year on our 48 Hour Film Competitions– pulling all-nighters to complete a film! When she’s not creating a shoot schedule for our next film production or coordinating dancers for a music video, Johanne enjoys spending time at the gym, where she is also a certified fitness trainer.
